ok guys.
I have found & resolve the error.

when i ran it from console there is that comment about boost-libs:

WARNING: File /usr/lib/ladspa/ladspa_guitarix.so could not be examined
dlerror() output:
libboost_system.so.1.56.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

the cure for that was to recompile guitarix with the newest boost-libs.

everyting works great now.
