Understood, thanks. I made a fairly large set of session templates some
time ago with auto output enabled. I decided to turn it off on all of them,
and the quickest way was to edit the mixer snapshot files. JACKPatch is
used in all the templates.

As an aside, while trying different settings in the mixer GUI I noticed
that if the Off button for Auto Input is selected in the channel strip
menu, then the session is closed and reopened, the button no longer
indicates Off. The snapshot file doesn't change, so I guess it's just a
quirk in the GUI.
