is just the start of venture viability analysis; Financial Analysis has
to be performed on the Financial Statement to ascertain the viability
of the venture. Here then, the reliability of the viability assessment
is only as good as the Financial Analysis which is only as good as the
Financial Statement from which it is prepared. Then, of course, the
Financial Statement - based on the adopted Growth Tactics
Implementation Plan - supporting the Financial Analysis, is usually
only as reliable as the reconciliation between the Growth Tactical Plan
and the Financial Accounting and Reporting System used for the
preparation of the Financial Statements.
