Cost Accountant (Code: CA)
Reporting to Finance Controller, this position is accountable to perform
inventory review and analysis to ensure assets are
safeguarded and recorded according to correct accounting principles. In
addition the incumbent is also required to administer the product costing
processes, procedures and systems necessary to accurately calculate, record and
report on manufacturing cost and overheads.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidate must have Accounting Bachelor degree,
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost accounting & reporting in FMCG. Have
exposure in MNC is preferrable.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills and have solid leadership &
communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A proficiency or aptitude with personal computer on basic application such as
Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is a must.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang Industry Estate
Community Relation Officer (CRO)
This role will report directly to Corporate Affairs and Planning Manager. This
role is responsible for formulating, developing and maintaining a community and
public relations capability to ensure that company’s CSR programs are
beneficial to both community and company (start from Cikarang Mill and can be
expanded to other offices when necessary). This role will also oversee the
security operations at the Cikarang Mill. This role will be based at the
Cikarang Mill. This role will act as the ambassador of the company to the local
government, communities and enforcement.
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in legal or management.
• Having minimum 3 years experience in Community Relation in multi national
company.
• Strong communication ability, both in oral and written.
• Strong leadership. good analytical skill and creativity, pressure persistent
and adaptable.
• Willing to be located at Cikarang Area
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
Electrical and Utility Engineer (EUE)
This position provides leadership in preparing as well as controlling
maintenance related activities to ensure WCM principles are followed and assets
are maintained in ` best in class ` conditions.On daily basis this position
provides day-to-day management of spare parts, machine lifetime, maintenance of
infrastructure and utilities relates to production equipment and routine
maintenance tasks performed by technicians and operators. He/she also provides
technical training for operators as well as technical staff. This position
requires close interaction with leadership team as well as implementation of
WCM principles.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years in technical experience, including equipment maintenance
• Computer skill for office software, Autocad, maintenance software and SAP.
• Strong influencing and motivating skills.
• Having good exposure in improvement and innovation.
• Strong analysist and problem solving skill in development and maintenance.
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
QA Supervisor - Material (QASM)
This position is responsible to handle the quality material management for all
product categories which are produced at Cikarang mill, including the selection
of new raw material & raw material specification, RSR & BOM development, the
quality of receiving material, the supplier performance evaluation and
assessment.
QA Supervisor - Laboratory (QASL)
This position is responsible to handle the quality testing & laboratory
management for all product categories that are produced at Cikarang mill,
including the development of finished product specification, MSR & BOM
development, the laboratory maintenance & testing management, and the
compliance of quality testing and laboratory management.
Requirements (QSAM & QSAL) :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related Engineering from reputable university
with at least 2 - 4 years experience in
multinational companies, and at least 2 year of which will have been in direct
quality assurance areas.
• Familiar to handle the quality system operation, laboratory management,
product release, and internal quality system audit.
• English fluency in both writing and speaking.
• Computer skilled in Microsoft basis
• Knowledge and experience on the system development, ISO systems, assessment,
and supplier development would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experiences in Total Quality Management, Total Productive
Maintenance, and / or Just in Time is preferable.
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
PLANNER TRAINEE (Code: PT)
This position is responsible for day to day management of the Master Production
Schedule, as it relates to action unplanned forecast demand, forecast
shortfalls, production and inventory changes, allowing accurate and up to date
information which in turn drives materials and capacity requirements and
customer order dating. To ensure Supply on Time in Full (SOTIF), and apply
necessary corrective action to achieved Company objective. The position also
ensures the safety, occupational health, quality and house keeping are meeting
with the company objectives and in the proper condition in accordance with KC’s
standard. This post will be for 1 year contract basis.
Ideal candidates should fulfil the following requirement:
• Graduated University degree from any discipline, preferably Industrial
Engineering.
• 2 - 3 years progressive experience in materials or production control
preferably from FMCG multi national company.
• An advance of material planning and manufacturing process knowledge is
required.
• Broad-based knowledge of supply / demand process
• Excellent Computer skill.
• Excellent Active English.
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
Technical Training Coordinator (TTC)
To provide setup, development and management of technical training activities
to all levels of mill employees to achieve best-in-class results in all the
World Class Manufacturing Accountabilities toward the vision of `safely
producing the highest quality products, which satisfy all the customer
expectation for quality, price and availability at the lowest total delivered
cost’.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Maximum age is 35 years old
• Good English for both written and oral as well as communication skills.
• Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skill is essential
• Good understand of Training Management.
• Sound knowledge of WCM tools like Lean thinking, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream
Mapping, Six Sigma, TPM etc
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in the area of Change Management and Continuous
Improvements in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain Environment
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
