I would first start with the second on the two things u wanted to discuss:
1. the idea of putting together a "Supporting Member" concept and charging a membership fee annually seems to be fine with me(personally) as the cause we r raising our voice for is more important but the point is how many of the CURE members would actually have a credit card to pay through the website.Probably a alternative can be thought of to pay through in the form of a cheque or DD in favour of CURE.its a suggestion ,dont know if its ok.
2.Sorry i have no prior Experience in getting Ngos registered.Shall try to find out.
