Police said it seems that Gaurav Sadanand Raut took the extreme step as was fed up with the ragging by his seniors. Gaurav's roommates, Mandhar Monde and Anil Kavade had been ragging him constantly, they said, adding Gaurav's father Sadanand lodged a complaint with the police against the two, holding them responsible for his son's death.
