Thanks for new release!
Unfortunately, it still crashes on View Source in Outlook and IE - they create
extremely long temporary file name for viewing. Disabling compiler optimizations
makes crash go away. Here is relevant bug:

the new Version Notepad++ v4.0 crashes during the Start under WinXP64, all
versions
before were working without problems.

In previous versions never had a problem with the ASP syntax highlighting, but
in 4.0 it does not work anymore :(

Hi. First of all apologies if this was requested before.
I've only recently discovered Notepad++, and I like it a lot so far.
One feature I really like is the verbose backup option. But what I don't like
about it is this: it saves the backup in the same directory where the original
file is.
It would be really cool if all the backup files would be automagically placed
in some other pre-configured directory.

The syntaxe coloration for ASP not work in my Notepad++ with all parameters
by default.

Nice work, but I have problem when starting notepade++.
I make installation over npp 3.9. I try to compile on own machine but again
not work properly. the error is:

I remove from session.xml file all files with long names and start np++ without
any problems. I think that problem occurs with length of tabs.
