Well, after uninstalling and installing again, and after some reboots this thing
is working again...
I'm always having this problem in more than one computer every time I install
a new version!

when i alt-tab out to another window, and then alt-tab back to notepad++, the
focus does not go to the text editor area. i have to manually click on the text
editor area to continue using.

This is a Save As window. Not a Open window. To say the primary use of the Save
As Type combo box is to filter files is not consistent with the functionality
of the Save As window. It does say: Save As Type. Why would you want to use
it as a filter? Sounds fishy to me. It sounds like a bug or error in the program
and your back peddling.

What would a spellchecker actually check? Just the text that isn't highlighted
syntax? If it checks the the highlighted things, too, a spellchecker could get
annoying really fast for non-English languages.

I'm using notepad++ v4.0.2 (was 4.0.1 and crashed too) The bug happen when I
want to move anyone of the panel that have docking option. I click on the
favorite
panel as example (it's at left and I want it at right) and begin to drag it
to right and then it does anything, cant control my mouse anymore and cant
happen
to drop it anywhere.

Explorer plugin always saves its settings in the Notepad++ installation
directory
(Plugins\Config\Explorer.ini) even if for Notepad++ it was specified at
installation
time to save the settings in %UserProfile%\Application Data\Notepad++
- Requests:
Add config options to:
o have the explorer & favorites tabs at the top of the explorer window instead
at of the bottom
o possibility to force another default filter than *.* (e.g.: remember the
last used filter as the default one for the next time)

Awesome product ... I'm ditching Textpad for this baby.
Quick question though. Can I create a custom shortcut? Something like
"Ctrl+Shift+W" to toggle Word Wrap. This is usually the first shortcut
keystroke
I create in most apps I've used.
Also, how can I add/associate an extension so I can customize the code coloring
(ex, .cfm, .aspx, .ascx, .master)?

In PSPAD I could use the question mark ? in regEx, in order to get the first
occurence of the last parte of the regex
