Ditto that.
100 MB files work fine, 300 MB files crash.
It would be great if N++ could handle big log files...

have a panel (like the file explorer) where you can store code snippets. the
code snippet dialog would offer a before and after the caret field. so if i
highlighted a block of code and double clicked the code snippet the before would
go before the block and the after would go after the block. if there was no
code highlighted, double clicking the code snippet would just insert the code.
also- the ability to assign arbitrary keystrokes to a particular snippet.
also- the ability to save snippets in a snippet library.

Hello,
I've installed Notepad plus 4.0.2 with the explorer context menu option enabled.
The context menu option "Edit with Notepad++" appears for almost all file types
and works great, but it doesn't appear for .url files. Anybody know how I can
get "Edit with Notepad++" to appear when I right click .url files?

Is there any way to have floating document views instead of having them in
tabs or split views. I would like to be able to edit code by having undocked
windows on 2 monitors etc..

Something like the followng .reg file seems to work. Of course, change your
path to Notepad++ as applicable, and change the context menu prompt string as
desired. Note that you should already have a HKCR\InternetShortcut\shell key
with open, print, and printto sub-keys; you will be adding a shell key similar
to the HKCR\*\shell key described elsewhere in this thread. Note also that this
is on a system where Firefox is the default browser.
