Hi,
i love the "new" Column Mode but is it possible to mark all and write anything
behind of all marked ?
I think this need just a little radio button ;)

To further explain what Steackhacher said a "column selection" is made by
holding
down alt and clicking and dragging. Then just put as space after the first line
and paste it in.
It can be trickey to get it to what you want sometimes but this should be pretty
straight forward.

I can't merge various lines in one. I have a file with 30 lines and i want to
convert this into 1 line, ex:

line2
line3
to
line1,line2,line3
How can I Achieve this???

I have the same problem as the original poster. The following suggestions are
great help to work around the problem. I wish the developers would solve this
long standing problem with Notepad++.
I just did some testing today, and found if Notepad++ is open on my second
monitor,
and I switch to a single monitor, it is moved to my main screen. However, if
Notepad++ was last opened, and then closed on my second monitor, then I switch
to a single monitor, then try to open Notepad++, it opens offscreen. The right
click on the taskbar, select move, then use the arrows works to get it back
on the primary monitor.
I would just like a real fix to the problem, instead of a workaround.
