Some of your replacements would be dutifully clobbered by Windows, who so
carefully
protects Microsoft applications, oops users, sorry.

Is it possible to use \s modifier to use multi-line search in Find in files
tab ?
TextFX -> TextFX Quick -> Find/Replace doesn't allow to search in files

While Adobe Reader' s command line allows for the searched term to be passed
this way, Foxit does not.
You can anyway have Adobe Reader installed (for use with LanguageHelp) and keep
Foxit Reader as the default PDF viewer.

If you search he forums for "large files", you'll see this topis discussed many
times.
Notepad++ provides, through Scintilla, rich text rendering and editing. This
is what the component it uses are geared for. As a result, memory usage is high,
and thus limits the ability to load large files on any given system. What
"large"
means depends on the available system resources.
Can't you chainsaw the large log file into managable chunks to be loaded one
at a time?

I have created an entry for your plugin, the only known link to which is on
the Notepad++ website. Feel free to amend it as you see fit.
The confusion arose from the fact that the the former download page plugin
list referred to your plugin, while the npp-plugins project features a diffeent
one with the same name. This is how the wiki got a mixed entry. Fixed now.
I have seen a "Peacock color picker for Notepad++" featured on www.reohix.com.
The 2.7Mb .msi file would not open on my office machine, will try at home. That
could be a 3rd colour picker, who knows.

When PCRE is grafted on Scintila to supplement its crippled regex engine, then
yes. But this is not possible yet.

Here's an example of Prolog code:
:- module(someModule,[foo1,bar/2,baz/3]).
How to make NPP highlight the "module" word only? I already tried, yet it seems
that each keyword need to be separated by space in order to be highlighted
correctly

Afaik, Prolog is supported as an user defined language, and this issue affects
all of them. It wouldnt be hard to tweak LexUser.cxx to fix - specifically make
isAWordChar() less permissive about brackets. Getting the code into official
Notepad++ could be the hardest part.

In a default notepad++ installation the following text is unreadable yellow
in a .py file:
## Invisible text
Does anybody think the default STRINGEOL ultra-bright-invisible yellow is good
for anything? Please make it a dark mustard or something. I've seen notepad++
installed on 7 different python developers computers' and they all change the
crazy yellow to something else.
Sincerely,
Humanity

I have a document open in notepad++ that is one very long string (or several
very long strings). I'd like to be able to automatically "shape" the document,
so that it inserts line breaks (\n or \r\n) just before the word wrap line
(about
80 chars) without chopping words in two pieces. I have scoured the web, and
search as much as I could on the notepad++ UI and web site. I have found no
solution to this.
Could anyone help me find a way to insert line breaks at the word wrap line?

I had to fool around to find this method:
Adjust the window so that wrapping to it gives the line length you want. Select
the text to be wrapped. Turn off the word-wrapping display function so that
only the front part of lines display. Use "Split lines" on the Edit menu.
