Hi @ChuanFF You are right, in the [documentation](https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/master/docs/en/latest/tutorials/health-check.md#state-transition-diagram ) there is a description of the state transition process for the health check, and the state of `mostly_healty` is not taken into account in the prometheus plugin.
