Review Comment:
   Good observation. Note that `ai-prompt-guard` actually skips 
`get_content_to_check` entirely for the Response API (see the 
`ai-prompt-guard.lua` change in this PR — it checks the protocol and uses 
direct `input`/`instructions` field inspection instead). For content 
moderation, `extract_request_content()` (line 145) does handle table content by 
flattening `part.text` fields. So this is not a bypass risk in practice. The 
`get_messages()` function is primarily used by `ai-prompt-decorator` where the 
input structure is simpler. Matches gateway implementation.
