Review Comment:
The current test coverage (deny pattern in string input, instructions, and
array input with string content) matches the gateway test suite. As noted in
the reply to comment #3, `ai-prompt-guard` bypasses `get_messages()` for
Response API and does its own `input`/`instructions` field-level checking.
Content moderation uses `extract_request_content()` which does handle
structured content. Adding multi-part content tests would be a good follow-up
improvement for both gateway and APISIX, but is out of scope for this backport
PR.
