Follow-up in `0670af483`: dependency creation now exports the rustup/cargo locations before running `make deps`. Some CI paths install Rust in an earlier step and then create Lua deps in a separate shell, so `lua-qjson` needs those paths restored for cargo to use the configured rustup toolchain. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
