Opened PRs for a batch of these items: **Data-integrity:** #3431, #3432, #3433, #3434, #3435 (+ a related silent mTLS-client wipe), #3437, #3438. **UX:** #3439 (TOC), #3440 (i18n: persistence / antd locale / delete-confirm), #3441 (per-page titles), #3442 (a11y). Two didn't reproduce and look already-correct: route `script`/`script_id` loss (RHF `reset` re-seeds the full value) and "TOC never refreshes" (it does, via an accidental effect-cleanup — #3439 makes it intentional). Consumer delete redirect was already fixed by #3421.
