I went with `couch_util:url_encode/1` which makes longer names, but reduces
magic factor and makes automatic un-deletion (if needed) a bit more
straightforward. It is `couch_util` flavour and not `ibrowse_lib`'s to not to
deal with possible `+` in the names, which later uses to encode space. I've
kept leading slash in the moved names to avoid special dealing with a leading
dot.
