I have migrated `dubbo-samples-metrics-spring-boot` to Spring Boot 3 / JDK 17: https://github.com/apache/dubbo-samples/pull/1298 (spring-boot.version 2.7.x to 3.2.3, required JDK 17, all CI checks pass, no conflicts).
