Status update: the migration PR for the last remaining Spring Boot 2 sample — `dubbo-samples-triple-rest-openapi-generator` → Boot 3.2.3 / JDK 17 ([apache/dubbo-samples#1301](https://github.com/apache/dubbo-samples/pull/1301)) — is reopened and back in review. It had been temporarily closed to free a per-user open-PR slot; the slot turned out to be unused, so the branch (unchanged, head `fd73f93`) is restored. CI is green.
