Opened #16070 to fix the \`OptimisticLockingSpec\` timing flake investigated above (confirmed not a regression from this PR's `Neo4jGormApiFactory`/`GormRegistry` wiring — the test passes locally, deterministically, against the exact failing commit; it's a pre-existing cross-thread timing sensitivity in the test itself, flagged by its own `// heisenbug` comment). #16070 targets the same base (`feat/gorm-registry-core-impl`) as this PR. Once it merges, rebasing this branch onto the updated base should make the Neo4j CI failures go away (the ChromeDriver/Selenium failures on this PR are a separate, unrelated CI-infra flake — not addressed by #16070). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
