Restore the session lookup and taglib filter chain

Reverts 2cbd65150c, which replaced session[name] in the security
functional test app's HackController with getAttribute, and the security
taglib's Map-coerced FilterChain with a nested class, on the same "fragile
dispatch under invokedynamic" diagnosis as the with() rewrites. Both
compile with invokedynamic now and both dispatch correctly: with the
original code restored, MiscSpec and DisableSpec of the misc test
configuration and SecurityTagLibUnitSpec pass, so the files are identical
to 9.0.x again. The nested class had also put a second copy of
GrailsWebInvocationPrivilegeEvaluator's dummy chain inside a taglib
artefact, where the artefact injectors sweep it.
