Merges `8.0.x` into `8.1.x`, which brings #16694, #16708, #16709, #16710 and #16727 to this line. One conflict: #16708 added the `webjars/swagger-ui/**` asset exclude to `buildGradle.rocker.raw`, which 8.1.x has replaced with `buildGradle.gsp`. The exclude is ported to the GSP template under the same `openapi` condition, and the Rocker file stays deleted. `gradle.properties` takes Gradle 9.8.2 from #16710 and keeps 8.1.x's comment pointing at `gradleWrapperProperties.gsp`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
