Review Comment:
I don't quite get you. We have 30 seconds timeout for RW transaction. We do
long write operation in test. The test fails with Timeout Exceeded. We give
this test more time -- 2 minutes.
Why should we disable anything? Wy should we set `MAX_VALUE` in
`TestIgnitionManager`?
