Fix For: 0.13.0
If you do not want to have the location info compiled into your final product,
we should allow the user to define a macro of some kind to be able to turn off
the location info that is embedded in the LOG4CXX_[level] series of macros.
Perhaps LOG4CXX_DISABLE_LOCATION_INFO?
