SLF4J 2.0.1 is released. This says fixed in 2.19.0, but no such release yet
exists. Please release 2.19.0. Also, will the name of the slf4j impl jar remain
log4j-slf4j18-impl or will it be renamed log4j-slf4j2-impl? It'd be great to
get the correct maven coordinates, so we can watch for the release in Maven
Central.
