Log4j-core + log4j-1.2-api, both @2.23.1
Configuration performed via:
DOMConfigurator.configure(configuration);
log4j.xml is attached.
this code:

Logger.getRootLogger().getAllAppenders().hasMoreElements(); {code}
Still returns false.
