@Neel1210, we had a call with @ppkarwasz and came up with the following plan:
1. You publish your `LogWrapper` rewrite policy as a personal project
* Your project preferably should be ASFv2-licensed
* `MessageRewritePolicy` sounds like a better name
3. After publishing your project to Maven Central, submit a PR to
[delegating.adoc](https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2/blob/2.x/src/site/antora/modules/ROOT/pages/manual/appenders/delegating.adoc?plain=1#L512),
and introduce a reference to your project
4. We will write up [a blog post](https://logging.apache.org/blog/) sharing
the recently introduced 3rd party plugins, including yours
