@abysas @abhinav-phi Thanks!🙏
Confirmed 2.24.1 → 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT. It is three attributes, not one:
`bufferedIo` and `bufferSize`
are dropped by `build()` the same way, and nothing warns.
Fix:
1. Pass `isImmediateFlush()` into the constructor instead of `true`.
2. Keep `createDefaultAppenderForLayout` on `true`.
3. `bufferSize` is a decision, not a patch — the manager key is
`target.follow.direct`, so two
Console appenders share a manager and the second value is lost anyway.
Widen the key or drop
the docs row.
4. Same change on `main`; one-line changelog entry.
**Red-green:** assert `immediateFlush` is `false` when configured false.
**Coverage:** `ConsoleAppenderTest` — configured false, omitted default
true.
Default stays `true`, so it is compatible — but `System.out` is an
autoflushing `PrintStream`, so
honouring `false` genuinely withholds output.
