Follow-up to #4262. \`immediateFlush\` is fixed in #4325 and #4327.
\`ConsoleAppender.Builder\` still accepts \`bufferSize\` and
\`bufferedIo\`, and \`build()\` drops both without a warning. Console appenders
with the same
\`target.follow.direct\` share one \`OutputStreamManager\`. So a
per-appender buffer size needs a change to the manager key.
Two options:
1. Add the buffer size to the manager key and pass it to the manager.
2. Keep the manager as it is and log a StatusLogger warning in \`build()\`
when either attribute is set.
