@ramanathan1504 Option 1 implemented for 2.x in #4341 (branch fix-4338-buffer-size -> 2.x). Manager key now includes bufferedIo + bufferSize, FactoryData carries bufferSize to OutputStreamManager, immediateFlush is !bufferedIo || isImmediateFlush. Tests + docs + changelog included.
