@matthiasblaesing @jlahoda what do you think about this one? I think we have
two options:
- try to figure out why the anomaly in 19ea happens and fix it first
- adjust the test matrix and replace 19ea with 18, merge this, file an
issue and try to fix it later before 19 arrives
