OK, that's a curious one! Looks caused by the downloaded JavaFX modules
failing.
In the log note the locations of the user directory and cache directory.
```
User Directory = C:\Users\gzans\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\30
Cache Directory = C:\Users\gzans\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\30
```
Try deleting both of those and restarting. If that doesn't work, also
reinstall and make sure the program files directory is completely cleared out
between too.
We need to look into that exception, why it's happening, and how to not fail
completely.
