Aren't all of these things documented in https://shardingsphere.apache.org/document/5.5.3/en/user-manual/shardingsphere-jdbc/optional-plugins/ ? There are even examples in https://shardingsphere.apache.org/document/5.5.3/en/user-manual/shardingsphere-jdbc/optional-plugins/ms-sql-server/ . So you're essentially trying to create a Maven module that, like ShardingSphere JDBC 5.5.2, includes a whole bunch of dependencies by default?
