I think this check is redundant because we've already judged
`insertSelectSegment.isPresent()`, and we can use `insertSelectStatement`
directly to determine whether sub-queries are included. BTW, this method can
also be extracted into the `ShardingDMLStatementValidator` class. What do you
think ?
