As far as I understand though, there isn't a simple way to do it in Vert.x 3.x and that's the version we're adding native SkyWalking tracing support to. SkyWalking already supports OpenTracing so it sounds like Vert.x 4.0 will be automatically supported without a native plugin, so that's awesome.
