Implement the run and wait part of setup. In `Wait` struct, i add a new field `Type`, it can be `kube`, `log`, `http` or something else, but now just implement the `kube` part. `setup.runs` part can have multi run blocks. Commands running serially within one block and parallelly between blocks.
