After I click the Clear All button, I set the filter of the current page again. After setting, I found that the Apply Filters button could not be clicked. I found that there were mandatory but unselected options in another panel, but I just wanted to see the current panel and didn't want to do anything else, but I had to set all the mandatory options of other panels before clicking the Apply Filters button #### How to reproduce the bug 1. Create a dashboard with two panels. 2. Set the required options in the second panel. 3. Click the Clear All button and set the filter value of panel 1 here 4. You will find that the Apply Filters button is disabled 5. Click panel2 and set the required filter value 6. Switch back to panel1. Set the filter value here. The Apply Filters button is available 7. See error ### Expected results I want the Clear All button to clear only the filter value of the current panel #### Screenshots ### Environment (please complete the following information): - browser type and version: Google chrome 100.0.4896.60 - superset version: `superset 1.5.0` - python version: `python 3.8.7` - node.js version: `node v16.9.1` - any feature flags active: This problem has troubled me for a long time, and I hope it can be solved.
