   ## Description

When adding a date to a table, the date column is placed left-most in the
table. And rearranging the columns in the 'Dimensions' list will not affect the
placement of the date column in the table.

When adding a second date column to the table, the upper-most date column
in the 'Dimensions' list is placed left-most in the table. The second date
column is placed properly in the table when moved in the 'Dimensions' list, but
once placed above the first date column it becomes the left-most column. Quirky.

   ## Design input

The ordering of columns in tables should reflect the 'Dimensions' list,
regardless of what that column is.
