Codex update: merged fresh master and kept provider error classification inside the new containment-cache callback. In [this commit](https://github.com/apache/superset/commit/edfa87507b91fd3e9343e79c9b53aea80efaac14), the existing UPDATING.md provider-error note now has the stable title “Semantic provider error handling” beside the semantic upgrade entries, preserving the timeout 408 and DB/template 400 → generic 500 examples and the host-validation/worker-control exception caveat. @aminghadersohi, please re-look at this titled wording; #45147 extends the same entry for values rather than adding another bullet.
