I'm trying to build and execute each functionality now. Two Docker-related
questions:
* Entering Docker with {{start-build-env.sh}} and executing {{mvn clean
install site}} fails due to the lack of python-dateutil. Should it be also
installed in Dockerfile?
* I couldn't catch how Dockerfile on the top level is used. Is this for test
purpose or an example?
