FWIW: I think the only sure tracking device would be a GPS transmitting module. The Eagle Tree eLogger has a GPS module but I didn't see any info on transmitting. The technology is available. Every new cell phone sold (or free) includes GPS (but you have to pay extra to see it). :-( Regis
