I could live with the performance issues, but it seems that it re-tags every "Processed" file (renamed or not) as inbox. This brings about 20k messages back into my inbox, which is a bit unusable. The problem seems to be that notmuch_database_add_message returns NOTMUCH_STATUS_SUCCESS whether or not a new message was really added.
