This might be a newbie question for this mailing list but I was wondering if multiple IO devices are supported in openstack Compute server instances. I work with Cassandra and it gets optimal write performance when there are separate partitions for the commit log and the data directories (http://wiki.apache.org/cassandra/PerformanceTuning). So it would be great if multiple IO devices were supported for each VM.
