Paul Ince is a plonker who couldn't organise himself out of Filofax convention. Mick seems to have luck on his side at the moment so I'm happy to let him carry on.

My two most recent suggestions and in order of preference were Richard Money (formerly of Walsall, now Academy Director at Newcastle) and Paul Ince, now of Blackburn. I firmly believe that either or these would do a better job than Mick and it seems that clubs a greater stature than ours currently also share that view.
