Isnt the norm to be 1.5 times the size of the RAM -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of James Edwards Sent: Friday, October 05, 2001 14:54 To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: 20 Mg Swap File
Greetings All; Hopefully someone has a suggestion for this. I recently upgraded a Win 98 to W2k Pro. Now when it starts up it gives an error message about the swap file being too small. I have set it to be a minimum of 341 mg, but it never initializes to a size greater than 20 mg. There is over a gig of disk space available. Any one have any suggestions??
