It seems as if with kernel 3.6.0, you can't create files on
an ntfs-3g filesystem.  You can create directories however.

I've no idea if this is to do with the kernel, ntfs-3g, FUSE
or something else.  Just thought I'd mention it to see if
anyone else has seen a similar bug.
