I agree, enthusiastically! I would love to have an offline version, and if it could be brought up to date every few months, that would be a plus. I've been hit with these error messages, and of course it was while I was debugging a problem and needed the wiki (and the mailing list archives) that very moment. I was suspecting Taco was reading my mind, detecting signs of stress and desperation, and turned off the wiki on purpose. Still can't quite get past this suspicion...
