Hi Ariana, I followed up on Barnaby's suggestion and started pulling in data from a local interface on the server on which ntopng is running. When doing that all functions well: the data is dumped to disk and when I try to load the historical data from the interface, it works correctly. So it seems that loading the historical data from a Collector Endpoint triggers the problem.
