[Ntop] 2.0.99 Stable

Which CVS release for 2.0.99 is stable.  I am having a lot of problems with this.  That stupid Makefile problem with the current version thing is still a problem apparently.  It would be nice if someone would fix that problem as I can’t get a solid compile by just sticking 0:0:0 and 2.0 everywhere.    Thanks, Chris
