Hi,
I have a few questions - I'm running Ntop 3.1 on an IBM 346 server 2 Xeon 3.2 GHz and GB ram and about 600GB dasd. I'm running Red Hat 3.00.15 (32-bit) Ntop runs for about an hour using the NetFlow NIC and generates about 50GB of output (RRD) and then fails with a segmentation fault. Some of the Unix types here suggested that the problem might be a limit issue and that I should move to 64-bit OS? They also encouraged me to switch to Suse as that is the platform our Business is moving toward.
Will Ntop 3.1 run on a 64-bit Suse OS? If you do not think that this is the culprit - Could you tell me how to trap the error so that I can gather doc for problem analysis.
Many thanks,
Terry
